Funeral services for Mr. John Ray Dunn will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John E. Stephens and Rev. David Hardy officiating. Interment in Burnside Baptist Cemetery. Visitation 6-9 PM Monday at John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services.
Mr. Dunn, 43, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 in an automobile accident in Odessa, TX. He has lived in Neshoba County most of his life. He was employed with Intergrity Drilling Company. Mr. Dunn was an avid fisherman and was a member of Burnside Baptist Church.
Preceded in death: Mother, Leigh Ann Thrash Fortenberry; Sister, KayLeigh Fortenberry; Son, Ethan Moore; Paternal grandparents, Jack and Syble Dunn; Maternal grandfather, Billy Thrash.
Survivors: Wife, Jennifer Capri Dunn of Philadelphia; Father, Miller H. Dunn (Pam) of Philadelphia; Maternal grandmother, Jo Beth Tolbert of Philadelphia; Daughters, Madison Dunn of TN, Taylor Dunn of Philadelphia, Poet Moore of Newton, Ciara Moore of Philadelphia and Ariel Moore of Philadelphia; Sons, Brayden Dunn, Aiden Dunn and Brayden Hendon all of Philadelphia; Sisters, Lindsey Renfrow and Heather Miller both of Philadelphia; Brothers, James Dunn, Jackie Dunn and Kevin Eakes all of Philadelphia; (1) Grandchild, Bentley Sharp.
Pallbearers: Steve Cheatham, Gene Brown Jr., Mike Gipson, Chris Duran, Jim Wolverton, Brayden Dunn, Jackie Dunn, Damien Dunn.

My deepest sympathies to the Dunn family on such a great loss. I remember his father, Miller when we were children growing up on Kosciusko road and hanging out at Northside Park almost 50 years ago.
Again, my condolences on your so great. The Dunn family will be in my prayers.
